Interact / High School Student Rotarians

Sponsor and support youth service clubs presently active at North High, Central High, Metro Tech High, Maryvale High, and Genesis Academy. Help create other such clubsat other schools. Mentor participating students, encourage them to serve the community and develop future Rotaractors and Rotarians.
Rotaract / Rotary for Young Professionals

Sponsor and support Rotaract Club of Phoenix and the ASU-Downtown Rotaract Club.
Mentor its members and leaders, invite Rotaractors to participate in our club projects/events. Why not initiate new Rotaract clubs in District 5490. Rotaract is an international arm of Rotary International for young professionals ages 18-to-30.

Collaborate with other Rotarians in District 5490 to plan, organize and conduct an annual 2-to-3 day leadership training camp for high school students held each year in Prescott, AZ. Interact members preferred; ages: sophomores and juniors.
International Youth Exchange

Be a part of this Rotary sponsored international student exchange program. Host an inbound student or help us find host families. Work with local high schools to place students from 18-20 countries. Provide in-services to local high schools or recommend the Rotary youth exchange program to students ages 15-18 1/2 who wish to study abroad for 10 months. Each year, Phoenix Rotary 100 sponsors 3 inbound and 3 outbound students. Student counselor opportunities exist - OR just take a student out to dinner or to a ballgame!!
